In short: the app does not collect personal data. Everything you write inside it — tasks, notes, room names — stays on your device. What does leave the device is limited to subscription handling, and it is described below.
This data is stored locally on the device, in the app's protected container. It exists only for the app itself to work.
The app shows local reminders about your tasks. They are created and delivered on the device itself and are sent nowhere. Permission is requested at the moment you set your first reminder, and it can be withdrawn in iOS settings.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your card details. The app only sees whether an active subscription exists. Managing and cancelling a subscription happens in your Apple ID settings.
To keep track of subscriptions across your devices we use RevenueCat, a subscription service. It receives an anonymous identifier that the app generates for itself, the fact and type of a purchase, and the service counters described below. It is not given your Apple ID, your name, your email, an advertising identifier, or anything you wrote in the app.
The app contains no advertising networks and no cross-app trackers.
It does keep a few service counters — for example, how many times the price screen was shown, whether the intro was finished, and whether a first task was created. These counters are numbers and flags only: they never contain task names, notes or room names, and nothing in them identifies you.
The counters are stored on the device and are also attached to the anonymous RevenueCat identifier described above. We read them in aggregate, to see which step of getting started people give up on.
If iCloud is enabled on your device, your tasks and rooms sync through your own iCloud account so that they are the same on all your devices. This data belongs to you and lives in your private iCloud storage; we have no access to it.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data about them.
